The State Attorney General in Texas and Pennsylvania are both being indicted. Texas State Attorney General, Ken Paxton is being indicted on felony securities and fraud charges. Pennsylvania State Attorney, Kathleen Kane is being indicted for leaking grand jury proceedings to the media to smear political opponents.
